Another module within JOVACO's web based project accounting software, the time and expense module TEDI allows users to enter information remotely from any operating system, anywhere in the world. Aside from the easy data entry, TEDI offers project management and resource planning functions as well as simple or complex approval procedures.
For organizations who still want to manage by project but who have a large number of employees who would have the same time entries, JOVACO's Mass Entry module enables for organizations to still match an employee's time to a specific project but can be done by a group batch rather than an individual entry. Easy submission of all multi-currency transactions on one single expense statement Multiple currencies can be used within a single expense report, expenses can be entered in the company's functional currency or in the currency in which they were incurred. In addition, it is possible to allow users to specify the exchange rate that was used during each transaction, to reflect the actual rate used by various institutions or else by default the Microsoft Dynamics GP exchange rate for the date of the transaction will be automatically entered.
