In addition to distributing Dynamics GP and Small Business Financials of Microsoft Business Solutions, JOVACO develops applications and performs customized programming for its user customers. JOVACO also develops add-on utilities to respond to specific needs.
Language code maintenance
This application, developed by JOVACO, allows you to maintain two language codes and produce documents in the languages of your client as well as your supplier. If you work in English, you can produce documents in French for a particular client or supplier. Conversely, if you work in French, you can produce documents in English.
The default language codes are English and French. However, by translating the JOVACO dictionary, you can combine any language of your choice: English/Spanish, English/German, German/French, etc, to produce sales or purchasing documents in the languages of your clients and suppliers.
Additional descriptions
Do you need additional lines to enter an item description? This utility lets you enter additional lines for each description. These can be entered and then printed on the sales and purchasing documents in the language of your client or supplier.
Payroll Batch Consolidation
To facilitate the transfer of payroll batches to the bank, JOVACO developed a utility allowing you to consolidate all your payroll batches.
Instead of transferring each batch individually, companies generating more than one batch per period can consolidate all generated batches into a single batch and make one bank transfer for direct deposit processing.
Companies that manage several businesses can also consolidate all batches from each business into one batch and make a single bank transfer for direct deposit processing.
