JOVACO ETO Suite addresses the needs of businesses that manage all their engineering-to-order and made-to-order operations in an integrated way. While there are many standard manufacturing solutions available on the market, few respond to the particular needs of businesses that engineer and build to order.
To fully respond to the needs of the made-to-order industry, JOVACO developed a supply chain management module that is fully integrated with the inventory management module within Microsoft Dynamics GP. This module enables you to manage the entire supply processes (from the requisition to the matching of the purchase order to a supplier invoice) as well as to manage a product catalogue which lists the prices by supplier, and then converts measuring units to respect the project standards or the supplier's.
JOVACO ETO Suite also includes two modules that complement supply chain management, among them a module for project-based manufacturing to allow them to automate inventory transfers and to take supply orders on the basis of a formula established for the realization of the job. This module is an essential element for the realization of a made-to-order manufacturing project or job because its specifications are defined by the firm’s planners and engineers and serve to guide the assembly of the components of the final product.
The second module consists of an integration between JOVACO’s time sheet module TEDI and the project planning software Microsoft Project. This development responds to the need to monitor project planning on the basis of tasks realized by the employees and entered into the management system.

“We considered other systems but Project Suite was the only one that met all of our needs. We estimate that Project Suite has enabled us to save about 50% in administrative staff. Our business figures have almost doubled in the last 15 years, yet the quantity of resources assigned to administrative tasks remains the same.”
